Placing an Order

When you order through the website, your order is added to our schedule and you will be contacted regarding your delivery.

Please ensure that you order the correct products for your needs and get in touch with us if you have any queries about which woodfuels would best suit your requirements before ordering.

Payment

Payment is currently taken manually on delivery and we accept cash or cheque on delivery or payment via BACS. These details will be forwarded to you on request should you choose to pay this way.

Orders placed through the website are subject to these payment terms.

Pricing

Prices are current on our website and will change from time to time and without notice.

Please note that all orders taken will be at the current price at the time of your order. Should prices increase after you have placed your order but before delivery, the original order price will be honoured.

Delivery

Delivery will be made within 7-10 days of your order and we will endeavour to deliver sooner than this when possible. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date and estimated time of delivery.

Please ensure that you have adequate access for our vehicle to tip your loose load (should you have ordered this way) without risk of damage to your property.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made prior to delivery by getting in touch with us.

Should you need to cancel your delivery, please ensure that this is done well before our confirmed delivery date so that we can plan our other deliveries accordingly.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your wood fuel, please get in touch with us in the first instance to see if there is anything we can do to rectify the issue.

Should we be unable to provide a solution, we will arrange to return and collect your order from you at a time to suit you.
